The Home Buyer’s Checklist
I’ve been posting lately on the process of buying a home in the Twin Cities. It’s a very challenging market right now with low inventory and a lot of buyers. My fellow agents and I are seeing lots of multiple offer scenarios. Interest rates look poised to slowly rise this year which will impact buying power. So it’s more important than ever for buyers to be well prepared to enter the market. While I will be continuing my ongoing series of posts on the home buying process I decided to publish a buyer’s checklist in association with my colleagues at Marketplace Home Mortgage LLC.
It’s a comprehensive list but will still fit on a single piece of paper should you decide to print it out. I designed it to give you the workflow from starting house-hunting all the way through to closing. I will be detailing each of these steps in future blog posts. In fact, I already covered the mortgage pre-approval process in a previous post.
You’ll find useful information on this checklist to help jump-start your home search. I hope you like it and I hope you will reach out to me whenever you have questions.
Thanks for taking a look. Just click on the link below, provide your name and email, and a link to the document will arrive in your inbox shortly.
